This Terms-of-Service (“ToS”) is a legal agreement between you and November Delta (“NOVEMBER DELTA”) that covers the use of all NOVEMBER DELTA software products (“Software”) and any supplemental information that NOVEMBER DELTA has made available (including documents together with their accompanying supplemental information). This ToS supplements the END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT as well as the PRIVACY AGREEMENT and REQUIREMENTS TO PLAY (for subscription-based products).
By accessing or otherwise using NOVEMBER DELTA Software or any other product or Service (such as online services, online forums, technical support or products) provided by NOVEMBER DELTA, you agree to be bound by the terms of this ToS. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use any NOVEMBER DELTA products, services or online services.
- COMPATIBILITY & SUITABILITY: You agree that you have reviewed the software and hardware compatibility requirements for the products that you are purchasing, and you have found them to be suitable for your enjoyment of our products. You agree that you understand that a broad array of factors might influence the performance of software products on any given computer and that you have ascertained that nothing else you may be running on the given hardware will negatively impact your ability to run the NOVEMBER DELTA product effectively.
- TECHNICAL & CUSTOMER SUPPORT: You understand that you can obtain technical support from November Delta by following the links to Technical Support on our site. You agree that you understand that we staff our technical support 365 days per year and that we only provide technical support from our Support Portal located at http://novemberdelta.tilda.ws/customersupport. You acknowledge that you understand that we do not provide Technical or Customer support through other mediums, to include via Paypal, your credit card vendor, telephone, skype, or in person.
- LICENSING POLICY: For Products that require a license key, you will be provided with a license key at purchase time that can be used to activate each of the software products you are licensing from November Delta. Your activation of the license key signals your acceptance of the terms specified in the End User License Agreement and these Terms of Service. For products that do not require a license key, your access to and/or use of the product signals your acceptance of these Terms of Service and the End User License Agreement.
- REFUND POLICY: For subscription-based products there are no refunds once a recurring charge has been made for the current period. If you wish to cancel your service, you must log into your account and cancel your subscription prior to the monthly renewal in order to avoid payment for that month/period. Cancellation of your subscription cannot be done by voice, email, or support ticket. To cancel your subscription log into your account and select CANCEL NOW.
